With today’s technology, prospective clients can view properties in great detail, without ever leaving the comfort and safety of their home.

Real Estate 3D Virtual Tours are great and here to stay, but the current COVID-19 Pandemic makes it imperative for the safety of all: Sellers, Buyers, Renters and Real Estate Agents.

The process is really simple:

  1. Call or eMail us to schedule a photo shooting appointment.

  2. Tidy up your property in preparation for our photo shoot appointment. Remember, 3D Tours will show your property in detail!

  3. We arrive at your property at the scheduled day and time for the property photos session. It will typically take us less than 1 hour to finish our shooting session.

  4. We create the 3D Virtual Tour of your property and provide a link for your review and approval.

  5. Once you approve the tour, we invoice you for our services and make available a series of links for viewing the virtual tour.

Virtual Guided Tours

  • Take your guests “virtually by the hand” on a shared virtual tour of a property with personal guidance.
  • Your screen and theirs are synchronized, you can take turns on controlling the virtual tour.
  • Or you can let them explore on their own and pick them back up anytime to follow your route.
  • Virtual Guided Tours are accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Multiple guests (“Virtual Open House”) can join the tour.
  • Voice is integrated into the video-conference or clients can dial in from their phones into your conference call.

Prices

Pricing for 3D Virtual Tours can vary according to selected tour features. In general, the main factor driving the cost of tours is the square footage of the property in question. As a rule of thumb, we need to take 1-360° panorama image per every 100 sq-ft of living area plus a few more to account for some details or outside areas. Virtual cards highlight property features.

  • Synchronize where to look, you can take turns controlling the virtual tour or let guests explore on their own and pick them back up anytime to follow your route mimicking your screen on theirs.
  • Multiple concurrent guests are supported thus enabling Virtual Open Houses.
  • Virtual Guided Tours are accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, so your clients can dial in from their mobile phones as well.
  • Voice is transmitted within the video conference, optionally, an image of the guests is transmitted as well.
  • 3 Modes: Party Mode (all mics on), Presentation Mode (mic requests possible), Sit in Mode (only Host is heard).
  • No set up/registration/accounts required for guests.
  • Simple calling system: Guests click on “Dial in” button inside the online virtual tour.

Custom Skin OptionSkins, are the text overlay displayed over the tour and includes: labels, action buttons and tour navigation controls.

Non-Metro Area Shooting
Required for all Photo Sessions outside San Juan Metro Area. San Juan Metro Area includes the following municipalities: San Juan, Bayamon, Carolina and Caguas. Any other municipality requires this option.
